A look inside our house
Extra Hands
Process Improvement & Automation
Every owner we sit with says a version of the same thing: I could use an extra pair of hands. The retyping, the chasing, the checking, the copy-and-paste between five tools that don’t talk to each other. The work that eats the week but isn’t the work you opened your doors to do.
We take that work off your hands and automate it. One less thing for you to worry about.
The proof
We ran it on ourselves first
Before this was a service, it was how we built our own firm. We mapped every step of our bookkeeping practice, handed the mechanical parts to a machine we built, and kept the human hours for the part that matters: sitting with the client. That machine is CABLE, and you can meet it. Extra Hands is the same method, pointed at your operation.
How it works
01
See it
We start with how the work actually moves through your business. Not the org chart version. The real one: who touches what, where things wait, where the same number gets typed three times. You walk away with a map of your own operation. Most owners have never seen one, and the map alone changes how you spend your week.
02
Fix it
Then we do the work. We streamline the steps that should stay human, automate the ones that shouldn’t, and set up the tools so they talk to each other. This is not a report with recommendations. It’s working improvements, delivered and running in your shop.
03
Hand it back
Here’s where we part ways with most of the industry. Consulting is usually built so you keep needing the consultant. Every Extra Hands engagement ends with training: your people owning the tools, understanding the map, able to run and adjust what we built together. We would rather teach you to hold it than rent you our hands forever. That’s the point.
Who it’s for
We built this for the kinds of businesses we serve: the shops, the practices, the nonprofits, the operators doing real work in real communities. And the door is open to anyone. If the busywork is eating your week, come tell us about it.
